Lemonade recipe with kiwi and melon

Lemonade recipe with kiwi and melon:

2 large ripe kiwis
2 cups diced melon (peeled and without seeds)
4-5 lemons
1/2 cup sugar (or to taste)
6 cups water (carbonated or plain)
Lemon slices and melon slices for decoration

Peel the kiwi and melon and cut them into small pieces. Put them in a large saucepan.

Squeeze the lemon juice into the same saucepan with kiwi and melon.

Add sugar to the pan.

Put the pan on medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it boil for another 5-7 minutes so that the kiwi and melon become soft and give off the juice.

Remove the pan from the heat and let the infusion cool to room temperature.

Strain the mixture through a fine sieve or often double-layered cheesecloth to remove the pulp and seeds.

Pour the resulting syrup into a large jug and add cold water. Mix it up.

Add ice and mix again.

Serve the lemonade in glasses, garnished with lemon slices and melon slices.

This lemonade with kiwi and melon will provide you with a combination of sweetness and refreshing aroma, perfect for summer days.
