Lemonade recipe with kiwi and raspberries

Lemonade recipe with kiwi and raspberries:

4 ripe kiwis
1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
4-5 lemons
1 cup sugar (or to taste)
6 cups water (carbonated or plain)
Lemon slices, raspberries for decoration

Peel the kiwis and cut them into pieces. Put them in a large saucepan.

Add the raspberries to the pan.

Squeeze the lemon juice into the same saucepan with kiwi and raspberries.

Add sugar to the pan.

Put the pan on medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it boil for another 5-7 minutes so that the fruits become soft and give off the juice.

Remove the pan from the heat and let the infusion cool to room temperature.

Strain the mixture through a fine sieve or often double-layered cheesecloth to remove the pulp and seeds.

Pour the resulting syrup into a large jug and add cold water. Mix it up.

Add ice and mix again.

Serve the lemonade in glasses, garnished with lemon slices and raspberries.

This lemonade with kiwi and raspberry will provide you with a combination of sweetness and sourness, creating the perfect drink for refreshing on a hot day!
